     There has been much talk about high cacao content chocolate. Most people tend to think only of dark chocolate when they hear "high cacao content". Poor milk chocolate- it is the Rodney Dangerfield of the chocolate world- it gets no respect-until now.

    As the name implies, the cacao beans are all from Venzuela.  Most milk chocolate has cacao content in the low to mid 30% range. This chocolate is 43.5%.  The chocolate features a  strong cocoa taste with an overall impression of roasted beans. This combined with a strong accent of nuts, impregnated with vanilla and caramel, results in an exclusive milk chocolate.
