Almond Bark is the first item I ever made at JoMart. My father's cookie trays, with their distinctive design are still the only ones we use.

Although there are many popular varieties of Nut Bark available, I like almond the best.
Any suggestions?

Almond Bark: Dry roasted almonds and chocolate. Available in milk, dark or white chocolate.

Cranberry Nut Bark: Pecans, dry roasted almonds, golden raisins, cranberries, raw pumpkin seeds and chocolate.  It almost sounds like health food. Available in milk or dark chocolate.

Cashew Bark: Roasted cashews and chocolate.  Available in milk or dark chocolate.

Pecan Bark: Large pecan halves and chocolate.  Available in milk or dark chocolate

Toffee Bark: Large chunks of undipped butter crunch mixed in the chocolate.  Available in milk or dark chocolate.

Peppermint Bark: White Chocolate blended with peppermint oil and crushed candy canes. Decorated with milk and dark chocolate.

 WE MAKE OUR BARK IN COOKIE SHEETS.  THEY ARE BROKEN INTO RANDOM SIZE PIECES
