Several months ago I was at an event in Brooklyn. One of the other vendor was SixPoint Beer. I got to talking with Jamie who was running the booth. I gave her a sample of a cask bourbon truffle that I made for the event. Her eyes lit up. I suggested we try a beer truffle. Voila, the birth of an item. We use Sixpoint Sweet Action and SixPoint Crisp to create this spectacular confection. Never satisfied, we came up with 2 versions; regular and a Beer n Pretzel truffle. Both delicious.
