We make our Butter Crunch with butter-roasted almonds; the crunch is bathed in milk or dark chocolate and immersed in toasted granulated almonds (our original Butter Crunch) or granulated pistachio nuts. Each small batch is poured on our marble table and hand-cut prior to dipping.
