Venezuela 44
There has been much talk about high cacao content chocolate. Most people tend to think only of dark chocolate when they hear "high cacao content". Poor milk chocolate- it is the Rodney Dangerfield of the chocolate world- it gets no respect-until now. As the name implies, the cacao beans are all from Venzuela. Most milk chocolate has cacao content in the low to mid 30% range. This chocolate is 43.5%. The chocolate features a strong cocoa taste with an overall impression of roasted beans. This
combined with a strong accent of nuts, impregnated with vanilla and
caramel, results in an exclusive milk chocolate.

Nibbela
Don't eat dark chocolate because it's good for you. Eat it because it's good.
We love our dark chocolate. Smooth, intensely flavorful and it has a cacao content of 68%. We add some South American cacao nibs to give it a chocolate crunch.
