Chocolate Classes
No experience is necessary to join our classes.
You will learn, tempering, flat molding, 3-dimensional molding and of course, you will learn to make truffles-from scratch.
If chocolate is a hobby, a passion or a future career, you will be glad you came.
Class size is limited to 9 people.
Classes meet one evening a week for four weeks.
Classes last approximately 2-1/2 hours each.
Our next class begins :January 12, 2010 at 6pm
To be confirmed you must leave a $25 non-refundable deposit. Full refund minus deposit until 48 hours before class. Cancellation within 48 hours, you will forfeit $100. Please check your schedule before enrolling.
