These chocolate covered Cherries were delicious. Plenty of chocolate and enough liquid around the cherries.
These chocolate covered cherries are perfectly sweet, Not overly sweet to the point of choking on the syrup like the kind I had in the past. These are SMOOTH!
We start the process with all-natural Bada Bing cherries from Tillen Farms. Bada Bing Cherries have no artificial flavors, dyes or colors, corn syrup, or preservatives.
The cherries are double dipped in Milk or Dark Chocolate. One of questions that always comes up is, "How do you get the liquid around the cherry?"
