Sincethe 1920s, my family has made marshmallow. To this day, I use my dad's stove and my grandfather's copper kettles for each batch. Each piece is hand cut and dipped in the finest chocolate. Each piece is signed or decorated with a topping. Available in milk or dark chocolate. Custom flavors are available.
Vanilla: The classic marshmallow with pure Madagascar Vanilla.
S'mores: Take the classic, add a honey graham cracker, enjoy.
Peanut Butter S'mores: take our classic S'more, add a layer of all natural peanut butter and voila!
Maple: Adds a bit of richness.
Maple Nut: My dad's all-time favorite,with chopped almonds.
Brown-Bottom: Layers of vanilla and maple, pecan topped.
Vanilla/Raspberry Jelly: Layers of vanilla and our own tart jelly.
Vanilla/Caramel: Layers of vanilla and our creamy caramel.
Vanilla/Chocolate Chip: Just in case you need more chocolate.
Chocolate: Vanilla blended with 68% dark chocolate. It's so good.
Coffee: Coffee flavored with fine ground Columbian coffee, and coarse ground espresso.
Lemon Basil: A perfect pairing that works beautifully. Only available when I get fresh basil-preferably from my garden. Seasonal
Brooklyn EggCream: A twist on a Brookyn original. A layer of vanilla marshmallow, topped with a layer of Fox's U-Bet syrup flavored, chocolate marshmallow, and a drizzled pretzel on top. (The pretzel was a request from Kelly @ Sweet Shop NYC)
Salted Caramel Marshmallow: Our newest pairing. Our chocolate salted caramel with our luxurious vanilla marshmallow- My newest fave.
Strawberry Marshmallow: Another new selection. We hand blend our vanilla marshmallow with wonderful strawberry jam. Topped with a dried strawberry.
Assorted: Take the easy way out. Enjoy them all.
