OK, all kidding aside.

The centers are admittedly sweeter than truffles.

They are also softer than pretzels.

And besides, chewing can be so overrated, how else can you control the urge to just bite and swallow. Take it slow and enjoy.

All of our creams are shell molded.  My father acquired the molds many years ago.  They are simple, beautiful designs. The creams are fondant based, not the type found on commercial cakes, but really great confectioners fondant.

Italian: Although they are pure vanilla flavored, I have no idea why they are called Italian.  I asked my dad-he shrugged, I asked my grandfather-he shrugged.  Perhaps I should just change the name to Shrugger creams.

Coffee: Fresh ground coffee provides the flavor as well as the kick.

Raspberry: Natural raspberry flavor and imported raspberry jam rounds this out nicely.

Maple: The same natural maple flavor that we use in our marshmallow is the basis of our maple creams.  Very rich.
