Coconut Balls-After "freshening" unsweetened coconut, we make a light coconut cream. The creams are stiffened by adding more coconut. Each piece is hand rolled, dipped in Milk or Dark Chocolate and rolled in more coconut. Nice, simple, and mighty tasty.
Toasted Coconut Haystacks- Lightly toasted coconut, generously mixed with Milk or Dark Chocolate, then mounded into small clusters.
Coconut Almond Logs- We roll our coconut cream into short logs, prior to dipping in Milk or Dark Chocolate, we place a roasted whole almond on top of each log.
Caranut-First step is a layer of freshly made caramel. The second layer is freshly made coconut. After the layers set, each piece is cut into squares, dipped in Milk or Dark Chocolate and topped with a walnut.
