Some call it toffee, we call it Butter Crunch. Some things never change. We still make our butter crunch in copper kettles, hand stirred with a wooden paddle. The batch is poured on a beautiful marble table. To incorporate the crunch into each nibble, we grind the butter crunch and mix it with our milk or dark chocolate.
