Creams are a classic confection that were staples at any candy store. At our candy shop, we offer this classic, we make our own nougat cream (made with egg whites) and blend with different flavors, before piping into molds filled with milk or dark chocolate.
Our current varieties:
Italian Creams are made with pure vanilla (why are they called italian? we have no idea, but we're into it)
Coffee Creams are made with a concentrated coffee extract
Raspberry Creams are made with freeze dried raspberries
Maple Creams are made with a rich maple oil
