Swirls are a classic JoMart confection, a layer of our homemade vanilla caramel topped with a layer of our vanilla marshmallow, partially dipped in milk or dark chocolate.
The process: To make swirls, is a 3 day process. On the first day, Michael makes his vanilla marshmallow and spreads it very thin. The following day, Michael makes vanilla caramel and covers the marshmallow in another thin layer. On the third day, we roll it to the size of a long cucumber and then it is hand sliced. The alternating layers of caramel and marshmallow form a beautiful rolled pattern. We dip the bottom and sides only. Wonderful to look at, delicious to eat. On Michaels list of favorites!
