Our caramel recipe dates back over 100 years to Michael's grandfather, Julius, with some improvements made by Martin and then Michael.
We make a selection of caramels, plus add it to more treats, like Nut Patties, Laurenettes, Swirls, Marshmallow, Pecan Roll, and more!
Caramel varieties are all available dipped in milk and dark chocolates, and include:
Old fashioned Vanilla Caramel - Based on our original family recipe, creamy caramel with high quality Madagascar vanilla. This is our standard caramel, that is the base of all caramel items.
Chocolate Caramel - Caramel blended with chocolate
Blood Orange Caramel - Caramel with all natural Blood Orange oil, topped with orange peel
Crispy Caramel - Caramel with crispy puffed rice in every bite
Espresso Caramel - Caramel with freshly ground espresso beans
Raspberry Caramel - Caramel with freeze dried raspberries
Lavender Sea Salt Caramel - Caramel with all natural lavender oil and grey sea salt, topped with maldon flaky salt
Salted Chocolate Caramel - Chocolate caramel with grey sea salt, topped with maldon flaky sea salt
