The Coconut Collection

We are big fans of the unique flavor that coconut provides. One part sweet, one part nutty, all parts delicious. We start with a high quality coconut and create delicious confections for you.

Our current coconut varieties are all available in milk and dark chocolate and include:

Coconut Balls - This unsweetened coconut turned light coconut cream, added to even more coconut, is hand rolled, dipped in chocolate and rolled in more coconut.

Toasted Coconut Haystacks - Lightly toasted coconut, generously mixed with chocolate, then mounded by hand into small clusters.

Coconut Almond - We roll our homemade coconut cream into short logs, cover in chocolate, topped with a roasted whole almond on top.

Caranut - A layer of our homemade coconut cream (as in our coconut balls and coconut almond), topped with a layer of our vanilla caramel. Hand cut into squares, covered in chocolate, each piece is topped with a pecan.
